These terms apply when you use this website, contact Gina's Creation Dolls, or place a custom order.

Custom orders

Each doll is handmade and unique. Photos, colors, fabrics, and small details may vary from a screen or reference image. Final details and price are confirmed with you before work begins.

Deposits, payments, and timing

A 50% deposit is required before work begins on a custom order. The remaining balance is due before shipment or delivery. Custom dolls usually take 7–10 days, but timing can change based on design complexity, materials, and order volume.

Shipping and care

Orders ship nationwide after final payment. Delivery times and carrier service are outside Gina's Creation Dolls’ control after an order is handed to the carrier. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Returns and cancellations

Because custom dolls are made specifically for each customer, deposits are generally non-refundable once materials are purchased or work has begun. If there is an issue with your order, contact us promptly so we can review it and work toward a fair resolution.
